RETURNS & REFUNDS

'Products' are HAND-MADE therefore as stated in 'Legal' all images of 'Products' are for illustrative purposes; the 'Product' you are purchasing may almost certainly vary slightly. You may return your items if you are not satisfied for any valid reason.

You must contact us in writing via email to start a return. You may return within 14 working days of delivery.All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an unworn condition with hang tags attached. All costs related to the postage must be met by the buyer. Returned Items must be sent by using a tracked and trace delivery service. Once we have received the items will we initiate full refund or replacement , but not return postage cost.
